Does my enquiry constitute a booking?

No. We review the services, vehicle and capacity, and confirm your appointment only after discussing it with you.

Why are some items marked “subject to quotation”?

Vehicle category, condition and scope affect the price. Unpriced items are never treated as free. A quotation will be agreed before the work begins.

How long will you need my vehicle?

Working, drying and any curing times vary. We agree on the time required, the vehicle’s stay and collection to suit the treatment.

What should I know about mobile services?

Only approved types of care can be requested as mobile services. The service area, working space and required facilities are checked in advance.

Can my vehicle be transported without adding mileage?

The vehicle transporter option is intended for this. We assess the vehicle, access, transport options and costs individually.

Is engine washing always possible?

No. The vehicle, sensitive components and their condition are checked first. Engine and chassis cleaning is carried out exclusively at the suitable Edelmann facility.
